Adding fix to beginning of string only if the string is present.

Usage: prefix(...args: string[]): string

prefix('Mr ', 'john')
// Output: 'Mr john'
prefix('Mr ', null)
// Output: ''
prefix(null, 'john')
// Output: 'john'
