Rigger Collate Plugin

This is a plugin for Rigger that makes the process of including simple text resources into your JS code very simple.

The plugin was created to assist in these situations when you wanted to include text fragments into your JS that feel better stored in external files. Things like XML, HMTL, Handlebars templates, etc.
