GitBook Plugin - Codeblock Disable Glossary Links

This is a plugin for Gitbook that disables glossary links in code blocks.

Install it using: $ npm install gitbook-plugin-codeblock-disable-glossary

Add to a Gitbook by including the following in book.json.
