Add the following tag(s) after the Quasar ones:

  <!-- AFTER the Quasar stylesheet tags: -->
  <link href="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@quasar/quasar-ui-qoverlay/dist/index.min.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
</head>
<body>
  <!-- at end of body, AFTER Quasar script(s): -->
  <script src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@quasar/quasar-ui-qoverlay/dist/index.umd.min.js"></script>
</body>

If you need the RTL variant of the CSS, then go for the following (instead of the above stylesheet link):
